Response expectations
We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. Include the Shopify store domain, the task ID or run ID if available, and a short description of what happened.
Workflow troubleshooting
- Open Aitern task history from the Shopify Admin app to review the latest status.
- Use the debug trail on a task detail page when reporting a failure.
- For product image compression, include the product title and media IDs if available.

For privacy, deletion, or data access requests, email support@aitern.ai with the Shopify store domain and request type.
